Empresas Gasco SA, formerly Gasco SA, is a Chile-based company primarily engaged in the gas utilities sector. The Company's activities include the transportation and distribution of liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) and natural gas for the domestic, commercial and industrial uses. Through its subsidiaries, the Company has operations established in the Metropolitan, Bio Bio, Magallanes and O'Higgins Chilean regions; as well as in Argentina and Colombia. The Company ownes such subsidiaries as Metrogas SA, Gasmar SA, Gas Sur SA, Gasco GLP SA, Inversiones Atlantico SA, Automotive Gas Systems SA, Transportes e Inversiones Magallanes SA and Autogasco SA, among others. The main shareholder of the Company is Gas Natural Fenosa Chile SA.
