Betty Sierra

Betty Sierra is a professional with extensive experience in Lean processes and project management. Currently serving as a Consultor de Procesos Lean at Empresas SOCOVESA since August 2022, Betty has led business process improvement projects utilizing Lean, Agile, and RPA methodologies. Previous roles include Jefe de Mejora Continua at Inmobiliaria Armas and Consultor de Proyectos Lean at Betty Sierra Consultor Proyectos Lean, where Betty focused on project success through collaborative technologies and enhanced management capabilities. Betty has also held positions in various organizations such as GEPRO, Inspexiona SpA, EMINET Constructora, and Contract Chile, involving project improvement, cost management, and supplier development. Educational credentials include a Master's in Industrial Engineering from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile, and ongoing studies in BIM at Pontificia Universidad Católica de Valparaíso.
