Jaime Guerrero Bastias

Jaime Guerrero Bastias is an accomplished IT manager with extensive experience in cybersecurity, operational continuity, and technology management at Empresas Tucapel SA since December 2021. Previously, Jaime served as the head of software development at Red de Salud UC CHRISTUS, leading multiple SAP and Oracle middleware projects from September 2018 to November 2021. Prior to that, Jaime held the position of head of systems development at Antofagasta Minerals, overseeing corporate SAP ERP initiatives from April 2015 to August 2018. Jaime's career also includes significant roles at Banco Penta, focusing on systems development and project management from June 2008 to March 2015, as well as early experiences at Sonda in various project management and software engineering capacities from October 1995 to May 2008. Jaime holds a Civil Industrial Engineering degree and a Computer Science Engineering degree from Universidad de Santiago de Chile.
