Manuel L. has a diverse range of work experience in the hospitality industry. Manuel started their career in 2015 at Hotels & Resorts, where they held various operational roles and served as a Learning Coach at The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company. In 2020, Manuel joined Agua Caliente Casinos as the Opening Food and Beverage Operations Manager, where they implemented policies and procedures for over 100 front-of-house employees. Manuel then moved on to become the Food & Beverage Operations Manager of the Margaritaville Palm Springs at Davidson Hospitality Group in 2021, where they oversaw three venues and managed purchasing and beverage programs. In 2022, Manuel worked as the Restaurant Manager at Provisional Kitchen, Pendry Hotels & Resorts, where they managed the flagship property's signature restaurant. Manuel then joined Oceanic Enterprises in 2022 as a Beverage Trainer, responsible for the procurement of the full pre-opening package and establishing the opening team for a new venue. Currently, Manuel is working as the Nightlife Manager at American Junkie since 2023.
Manuel L. began their education in 2018 by obtaining a Tips Alcohol Certification from Tips Alcohol. In the same year, they also received CPR/AED/First Aid training from Emergency Medical Service. In 2019, Manuel earned a Learning Coach certification from The Ritz-Carlton Leadership Center and became a Peer Review Panalist with The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company, L.L.C.
In 2020, Manuel pursued further education and obtained a Certification in Hospitality & Tourism Management from Florida Atlantic University. Manuel also enrolled in the College of the Desert from 2020 to 2022, where they studied Hotel Management and focused on Hospitality Administration/Management.
