Andrew Wilkins Ph.D., Rpa

Andrew Wilkins, PhD, RPA, is a Cultural Resources Specialist at EMPSi: Environmental Management and Planning Solutions, Inc. since October 2022, with a robust background in archaeology and education. Prior to this role, Andrew served as a Senior Archaeologist at WSP USA from September 2014 to October 2022, following the company's acquisition of Louis Berger. Andrew has experience as an Adjunct Instructor at the University of Mary Washington and as a Graduate Teaching Associate at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, where involvement included various archaeology courses. Andrew's academic credentials include a PhD in Anthropology from the University of Tennessee, a Master's in Historical Archaeology from UMass Boston, and a Bachelor's in Historic Preservation from the University of Mary Washington.
