The vision of the Empty Bottle Fund is to promote a thriving DC community where neighbors come together to celebrate and connect in support of local nonprofit organizations. Our mission is to empower and sustain events such as The Sundress Festival, an iconic community celebration, by raising funds, securing resources, and supporting event operations to maximize charitable impact for DC Central Kitchen and other DC nonprofit organizations. We partner with The Wonderland Ballroom, The Dew Drop Inn DC, other local businesses, and community members to reduce event costs, expand participation, and maximize collective impact.
