Talia McGill is an accomplished professional with a diverse background in marketing, strategic communications, and leadership within nonprofit and fitness sectors. Currently serving as the President & CEO of No More Empty Pots since August 2017, Talia focuses on program excellence, financial administration, fundraising, and brand development. Previous roles include Chief Operating Officer at the same organization, where Talia ensured program compliance and supported team management. As the owner of Shock & Flair since July 2019, Talia provides marketing and business consulting services. Talia has significant experience as a fitness instructor across various programs, enhancing community engagement in health and wellness. Educational achievements include a Master's in Marketing from Bellevue University and a Bachelor's in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing from the University of Nebraska at Omaha.
