Bronwen Jones-Broderick is a seasoned professional in business development and culinary arts, currently serving as the Business Development Director for North America at EMPWR Nutrition Group since February 2023. Previously, Bronwen held the position of Business Development Director at Bridgetown Natural Foods from March 2013 to September 2021 and worked as a Product Development Chef at Reser's Fine Foods from April 2010 to February 2013. Earlier in the career, Bronwen was the Executive Chef and Owner of Flavour Pals from August 2008 to September 2011 and served as Executive Chef and Food & Beverage Manager at The Riverplace Athletic Club from May 2007 to September 2008. Academically, Bronwen holds a B.A. in Political Science from Loyola University Chicago and has completed an Associate’s degree in Culinary Arts from The Cooking & Hospitality Institute of Chicago, along with a BA in Political Science from Loyola University of Rome.
