Ken Williams

Ken Williams is a highly experienced professional with a robust background in sales, coaching, and organizational leadership. Currently serving as the Director of Sales at Empyrean since July 2024, Ken previously held the position of Vice President at PlanSource, where expertise was demonstrated in client acquisition and managing the sales cycle. Ken's extensive experience also includes roles such as Executive Coach and Business Consultant at Williams' Coaching & Consulting, Chief Business Development Officer at Ty J. Young Inc., and Information Security Advisor at SecureWorks. Notably, Ken transformed West Cobb Church as CEO and Lead Pastor, achieving significant growth and improving its international ranking. Education includes a PhD in Organizational Leadership from Regent University, a Master’s degree in Education from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary, and a Bachelor’s degree in Education from Florida State University.
