Paula Lovely

Paula Lovely has over two decades of experience in client services and operations management, currently serving as the Director of Client Services at Empyrean since April 2011. In this role, Paula has held various positions including Client Service Delivery Leader and Sr. Client Service Manager. Prior to Empyrean, Paula worked at ING (formerly CitiStreet) from May 2000 to March 2011, where responsibilities included managing the annual enrollment project and overseeing operational improvements, with a progression from Benefits Analyst to Operations Manager. Earlier experience includes positions at Mission:Health as a Claims Examiner II, and at American Heritage Life Insurance Company as a Senior Claims Examiner, where Paula established a strong foundation in claims processing and departmental quality standards.
