Robin Coomber

Robin Coomber began working as a Procurement Lead in November 2022 at Empyrean Digital, focusing on Wales and West Utilities Link Programme. Prior to this, Robin held roles such as IT Commercial Manager at the Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs, Senior Category Manager at the Department of Health and Social Care, and Procurement Manager at Highways England. Robin has experience working on various projects and programmes, including the Free Flow Scalable Charging project at Highways England and the Test and Trace project at DHSC. Additionally, Robin has expertise in managing supplier relationships, running competitive tenders, and overseeing contract negotiations.
