Greg Becker, PE, PMP has a diverse work experience in the field of project management and nuclear operations. Greg started their career at Southern California Edison in 1998, where they held various roles such as Senior Reactor Operator and Operations Procedure Supervisor. In these positions, they were responsible for supervising and training reactor operators, ensuring safety compliance, and negotiating union contracts.

In 2012, Greg joined Absolute Consulting, Inc. as a Nuclear Document Writer. Here, they were tasked with rewriting outage procedures for Non-vital electrical buses and Operations refueling procedures. Greg continued their work in the nuclear industry at WD Associates, Inc. in 2014, where they became the Project Manager. In this role, they managed the records retention management program and developed a training program for decommissioning.

Currently, Greg works at Empyrean Services as a Project Manager. Greg oversees projects related to ISFSI oversight and is currently leading the Decommissioning Cost Estimate project, planning the budget for the decommissioning process until 2051.

Throughout their career, Greg has demonstrated their expertise in project management, nuclear operations, and regulatory compliance. Greg holds a Professional Engineer (PE) and Project Management Professional (PMP) certification, further highlighting their qualifications in these areas.

Greg Becker, PE, PMP obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Naval Architecture and Marine Engineering from California State University Maritime Academy, where they studied from 1979 to 1983. Greg also holds additional certifications, including being a Project Management Professional (PMP) obtained from PMI-OC Project Management Institute Orange County Chapter in March 2015, and being a Professional Engineer, Mechanical obtained from the State of California in July 1996.
