Mike Jones

Mike Jones has extensive work experience in various managerial roles, primarily focused on operations, training, performance improvement, and emergency planning. Mike began their career in 1979 with Southern California Edison (SCE), where they held multiple positions over their long tenure, including Strategic Planning Manager for Emergency Planning and Operations Senior Manager for Training. During their time at SCE, they successfully led the station Drill and Exercise Performance improvement, significantly improving the company's performance. Mike also provided technical expertise for emergency procedure rewrite efforts and played a role in the response to the Fukushima incident.

Following their time at SCE, Mike went on to work as an Emergency Planning Consultant for Pacific Gas and Electric Company and CMCG/SCE. Mike then joined Southern California Edison as a Transition Manager before moving to SONGS as a Training Manager.
