At Allied Signal/Precision Engine Controls, Kary worked as an Electronic Hardware & Software Engineer from January 1988 to May 1993. They designed analog/digital PCBs for high-volume manufacturing, developed embedded C firmware/software programs for gas turbine engines, and conducted field installations and testing of turbine engine control system products.

Kary Ware holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Electronics Engineering, which was obtained from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona.
