Quay Kee Shen

Quay Kee Shen is a highly experienced professional with a diverse background in operations management, project specialization, compliance, and financial analysis.

Starting in 2014, they worked as a Financial Analyst Executive at IBM, where they were responsible for forecasting, budgeting, and analyzing financial data. They also delivered presentations and carried out initiatives to improve data compilation and reporting efficiency.

In 2015, Quay joined PayPal as a Risk Operations Executive, assessing customer account activity for potential fraud and providing education on account security. They later transitioned to the role of Compliance Executive, where they performed verifications on customer transactions and ensured compliance with regulations. They were then promoted to Assistant Manager, acting as an interim team leader and handling technical inquiries.

Quay's next career move was to TDCX in 2019, where they initially served as a Team Manager Customer Experience. They oversaw daily contact center operations, established work procedures, and provided coaching and guidance to team members. They later transitioned to the role of Senior Expert, Project Specialist Lead, collaborating with different teams to handle operational projects, manage change, and create necessary documentation.

Most recently, in 2021, Quay joined EMQ Inc. as Senior Operations Manager. They are responsible for building and managing high-performing teams, providing feedback on customer interactions, and collaborating with the Product and Network Solutions team to enhance partner integrations and improve procedures and processes.

Throughout their career, Quay has demonstrated strong leadership skills, a focus on performance management, and a commitment to meeting or exceeding standards and objectives.

Quay Kee Shen completed their Bachelor's degree in Accountancy from INTI International University & Colleges between 2010 and 2014. Prior to that, they pursued a Foundation degree in Business Administration and Management, General at Multimedia University from 2008 to 2009. Quay Kee Shen obtained their Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia from Sekolah Menengah Kebangsaan Tinggi Melaka from 2003 to 2007. In addition to their formal education, they obtained a certification in Time Management: Working from Home from LinkedIn in April 2020.
