Stacey Grindstaff

Stacey Grindstaff is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in technical consulting, project management, and sales. Currently serving as a Technical Consultant and Partner at EMR Associates since March 2000, Stacey manages business operations, state and federal reporting, payroll, and sales, while focusing on relationship management and solutions development. Prior roles include Project Engineer positions at York International and Springbrook Automation, where responsibilities encompassed HVAC control systems sales development and process automation, respectively. Earlier experience includes project management at Massey Electric Company and a foundational role as an Industrial Engineer with the US Air Force, where operational readiness was paramount. Stacey holds a BS in Industrial Engineering from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville and has completed postgraduate studies in Business Administration at Northwestern University.
