Paul Gustafson is an experienced Superintendent and Quality Control Manager currently overseeing the construction of an Aeromedical Evacuation Training Facility at EMR, Inc. since January 2021. Paul has held multiple quality control and assurance roles, including significant projects at Luke Air Force Base that involved extensive telecommunications infrastructure. Previously, Paul served as a Safety and Health Officer for a large solar power generation project and managed environmental safety functions at Pattie Marine Enterprises, earning recognition for the safety program. With a solid foundation in health, safety, and environmental management from roles at Gulf Coast Shipyard Group and Trinity Yachts, and an initial military career in the US Navy, Paul possesses comprehensive expertise in construction and safety management. Paul holds a degree from Columbia Southern University.
