Tom Cuthbert

Tom Cuthbert is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in the renewable energy and engineering sectors. Currently serving as the Chief Technology Officer at Emrgy Inc. since November 2020, Cuthbert drives innovation in harnessing unused energy resources. Previously, Cuthbert held the role of Chief Technology Officer for Energy Storage at GE Renewable Energy, where a global engineering organization was established to launch new Battery Energy Storage products. Cuthbert's career at GE also included roles as Systems Engineering & Digital Leader for Energy Storage, driving significant customer value through digital solutions, and earlier positions in GE Transportation, where initiatives led to substantial revenue growth and international product development. Cuthbert holds a Master of Science in Systems Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Kettering University.
