Debra has held various leadership positions in different healthcare organizations, including Nurse Manager at Kaiser Permanente and Critical Care Nurse Manager at Samaritan Health Services. With a background in critical care nursing, Debra has also worked as a Clinical Specialist in Patient Monitoring & Clinical Informatics. Debra holds a Master's degree in Nursing Administration and has a Graduate Certificate in Health Information Technology. Currently, Debra serves as the Director of Clinical Education at EMSAR - Equipment Management Service and Repair.
