Paul Sochiratna has over 25 years of extensive experience in corporate real estate management across various industries. Currently serving as the Corporate Real Estate and Facilities Manager at Emser Tile, responsibilities include overseeing a large real estate portfolio comprised of 75 showrooms and multiple distribution centers, while driving the transformation of the real estate department to support aggressive growth plans. Previous roles include Senior Manager of Global Real Estate at Avery Dennison, where management of a global portfolio of over 300 facilities was key, and Team Leader at Sempra Energy, responsible for real estate solutions across a diverse portfolio. Paul has also held senior positions at AECOM Technology Corporation, American Realty Advisors, Macerich, Walt Disney Imagineering, and CB Richard Ellis, providing consulting services to Fortune 500 companies and contributing significantly to real estate strategy and investment decisions. Paul holds an MBA in Finance from Loyola Marymount University.
