Daan van Ouwerkerk is a seasoned procurement professional with a diverse background in logistics and supply chain management. Currently serving as Senior Procurement Manager at Emsere since November 2021, Daan contributes expertise in international logistics to support clinical trials and global logistics services. Previous roles include Procurement Manager at Spaarnelanden nv, Inkoopadviseur at AevesBenefit, and Medior Inkoopadviseur, where Daan focused on client-driven results in procurement consultancy. Early career experiences include positions at ZF Group and Royal Van Zanten, along with a research project in the Procurement department at the Port of Rotterdam. Daan holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Logistics and Economics from Rotterdam University of Applied Sciences and a HAVO diploma in Economics and Society from Visser 't Hooft Lyceum.
