Fabian Gruber

Fabian Gruber is a skilled engineer with a strong background in process development and optimization within the food and chemical sectors. Currently serving as Verfahrensingenieur Prozessentwicklung at Emsland Group since November 2021, Fabian specializes in membrane filtration of starch production side streams, plant-based proteins, and the planning, development, implementation, and operation of pilot plants.
