Managing Director - Emerging Markets Public And Private Credit at Emso Asset Management

Daniel Sensel has extensive work experience in finance and asset management. Daniel currently holds the position of Managing Director - Emerging Markets Public and Private Credit at Emso Asset Management since March 2020. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Analyst at Warlander Asset Management from December 2015 to March 2020. Before that, they served as Executive Director - Head of Latin America Corporate Research at JPMorgan Chase from July 2010 to November 2015. Daniel also has experience in distressed and special situations at Macquarie Capital and Barclays Capital. Daniel started their career as a High Yield, Distressed and Special Situations Associate at Lehman Brothers. Additionally, Daniel has academic experience as a student at The Fuqua School of Business - Duke University, where they concentrated on finance and held various extracurricular roles. Daniel has also founded and managed Remake Inc and Living Room Lounge.

Daniel Sensel completed their Bachelor of Science in Systems Engineering at Universidad Metropolitana (VE) from 1996 to 2002. Daniel then pursued an MBA with a focus on Finance at Duke University - The Fuqua School of Business from 2004 to 2006. Prior to their undergraduate studies, they attended Liceo Moral y Luces from 1991 to 1996.
