Carlos Campillo

Carlos Campillo has extensive work experience in various leadership roles. Carlos has served as the CEO of SouthAm and CEO of Chile for Coexpan, where they focused on improving profitability and cash flow through restructuring the commercial system and demand planning. Carlos also held the position of CEO of Brasil for EMSUR. Campillo has been a Director for ASIPLA - Asociación de Industriales del Plástico and CENEM - Centro de Envases y Embalajes de Chile. Carlos has a strong background in the plastic industry, having worked as the Corporate CEO for Coresa, where they successfully turned around the Argentinean operation and achieved significant EBITDA growth. Carlos has also held roles as a Director for Asociación de Industriales del Plástico ASIPLA and Interim Managing Director & CEO for OPP Film Chile S.A. and Global K Solutions. Campillo has additional experience as the CEO of Peru for Orbia and as the Managing Director for Sipem, S.A. in various industries, including aeronautical, aerospace, defense, and alternative energy. Carlos Campillo has a diverse educational background. In 1992 to 1995, they attended the Escuela Militar de Cadetes General José María Córdova, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Military Science and Business Administration, specializing in Military Operational Art and Science/Studies. In 2007 to 2008, they pursued an MBA at the Universidad Miguel Hernández de Elche. Later, in 2013 to 2014, they enrolled in the ISOM Business School Ltd in London, United Kingdom, to acquire a Master's degree in International Business. Finally, in 2023 to 2024, Carlos attended the Institute of Directors (IoD) and completed the International Certificate in Company Direction, focusing on Administration and General Business Management.
