Campillo has additional experience as the CEO of Peru for Orbia and as the Managing Director for Sipem, S.A. in various industries, including aeronautical, aerospace, defense, and alternative energy. Carlos Campillo has a diverse educational background. In 1992 to 1995, they attended the Escuela Militar de Cadetes General José María Córdova, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Military Science and Business Administration, specializing in Military Operational Art and Science/Studies. In 2007 to 2008, they pursued an MBA at the Universidad Miguel Hernández de Elche. Later, in 2013 to 2014, they enrolled in the ISOM Business School Ltd in London, United Kingdom, to acquire a Master's degree in International Business. Finally, in 2023 to 2024, Carlos attended the Institute of Directors (IoD) and completed the International Certificate in Company Direction, focusing on Administration and General Business Management.
