Roy Smith

Roy Smith began their career in 2000 as a Produce Manager at Safeway, where they led a team in achieving the company's goal and coordinated scheduling based on sales needs. In 2014, they became a Dell Engineer at Unisys. In 2016, they joined DC Prep as a Tech Associate. In 2018, they joined EMTEK Solutions, LLC as an IT Support Specialist. Currently, Roy Smith is a Systems Support Engineer I at Red River and is certified with Comptia A+ and Comptia Security+.

Roy Smith is currently enrolled at the University of Maryland Global Campus, where they are studying Cyber/Computer Forensics and Counterterrorism. Prior to this, they obtained an Associate's degree in Information Technology from Northern Virginia Community College between 2013 and 2015. In addition, they have obtained two certifications from CompTIA: CompTIA A+ in May 2019 and CompTIA Security+ in May 2019.
