Adrian Leu

Adrian Leu is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in operations and consulting, currently serving as the Chief Operations Officer at e-bate, where leadership spans engineering, QA, product, and customer experience departments. As a Consultant in a Chief Commercial Officer role at Emteq, Adrian contributes to innovative solutions for immersive experiences through affect data measurement. Adrian founded TechLead Consulting Ltd. to provide strategic commercial consultancy in the technology sector and previously held significant roles at GameBench, including COO and Non-Executive Director, where focus was on enhancing gaming performance across platforms. Additional experience includes serving on the Board of Advisors for The Cornerstone Partnership, leading Inition as CEO, and holding strategy-focused roles at SuperCommunications and Parity Digital. Adrian holds a PhD in Computer Graphics and Data Visualisation from the University of Wales Swansea and an MSc in Electronic Engineering from the University POLITEHNICA of Bucharest.
