Michael (Mike) Farrell has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Michael (Mike) started their career in 1976 at Cincom Canada as a National Sales Manager, where they worked until 1985. In 1985, they founded Interleaf Canada with venture capital funding and grew the company to 60 employees before selling it to its US-based parent company in 1992. From 1992 to 2006, they served as the Executive VP of Global Sales at Open Text. In 2008, they joined Deque Systems, Inc as an Executive Vice President, providing sales and marketing direction and serving on the board. Since 2011, they have also served as the Executive Vice President and Business Development at CSD Labs. Additionally, they have volunteered at Boys to Men Mentoring Network since 2009.
