Paul Bailey

Paul Bailey serves as a Venture Partner at EMV Capital plc, having transitioned to this role following the merger with Martlet Capital in May 2024. Additionally, Paul holds the position of Entrepreneur in Residence at Cambridge Enterprise, where the focus is on the commercialisation of university innovations. As a Board Advisor for Deeptech Labs, Paul contributes to the growth of DeepTech companies within the Cambridge ecosystem. Recognized as a member of the Maserati 100, Paul has been noted for supporting emerging business talent. Previous roles include Managing Director and Investment Director at Martlet Capital, Non-Executive Director at NoBACZ Healthcare and Bailey Fisher Executive Search, and Founder of Bailey Fisher Executive Search, which Paul led for two decades. Paul has also contributed to the growth of Cambridge as a Board Member of Cambridge Ahead and participated in the ideaSpace initiative aimed at fostering new ventures in the Eastern region. Paul Bailey's educational background includes studies at the University of East Anglia and The Perse School in Cambridge.
