Daniel Castillo, MD, MBA has a diverse work experience in the healthcare industry. Daniel is currently the co-founder and Growth and Medical Executive at Emvenio Research, a decentralized research organization (DRO) that aims to improve clinical trial access for underserved and high-risk populations. Prior to this, they served as the Member of the Board of Directors and later as the Chief Executive Officer at WiserCare, Inc., a healthcare IT and shared decision-making company. Daniel also held leadership roles at Matrix Medical Network, where they were the Group President and responsible for the Clinical Solutions business unit, as well as the Chief Medical Officer. Before that, they worked as the EVP of Population Health at Envision Healthcare and as the Medical Director at The Joint Commission. Daniel started their career as an Emergency Physician at Northwestern Medicine.
