James Falbo has extensive work experience in the engineering field. James started their career at Network Technologies Inc in 1995 as a Product Design Engineer. James then worked at National Instruments (IOtech) as a Design Engineer from 1997 to 1999. After that, they joined AgraTronix as an Electronics Engineer from 1999 to 2001. James later served as a Design Engineer and Compliance Engineer at AgraTronix from 2001 to 2006. From 2006 to 2019, James held the positions of Engineering Manager/Project Manager at AgraTronix. Currently, they are an Engineering Manager at EMX Industries Inc, where they are responsible for managing all aspects of Product Development, implementing Lean and Agile methodologies, and overseeing R&D projects.

James Falbo attended Perry High School, where they did not earn a degree. After high school, they joined the US Army and pursued a degree in Electronics as a Nuclear Missile Technician. Following their military service, they enrolled in The University of Akron, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering with a specialization in Digital Electronics.
