Tracie Ernenwein has worked in a variety of roles in the medical field. In 2019, they were the Head of Research and Drug Development and Real World Evidence Manager / Clinical Research Manager at Emyria. From 2014 to 2019, they worked at the Breast Cancer Research Centre-WA as the Clinical Trials Unit Manager and Senior Clinical Research Nurse. From 2010 to 2014, they worked at Edith Cowan University as a Clinical Supervisor. From 2009 to 2010, they worked at Prince of Wales Hospital, Sydney as an Oncology Clinical Research Project Manager. Finally, from 2008 to 2009, they worked at St Luke's Care as a Nurse Educator.

Tracie Ernenwein has a diverse educational background. Tracie obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing Science from the University of Calgary in 2004. Tracie then went on to pursue two Master's Degrees from UNSW, one in Health Management from 2012-2015 and one in Public Health from 2010-2012. In addition to their degrees, Tracie has obtained several certifications, including PIC/S GMP from PharmOut in 2022, Learn to Lead with UNSW 2021 from UNSW in 2021, ICH GCP from The Global Health Network in 2021, IATA from Syneos Health Learning Solutions in 2018, Health Economics: Application to Research from Research Education and Training Program, WAHTN in 2018, and The Essentials of Writing a Research Protocol from Research Education and Training Program, WAHTN in 2018. Tracie is also a Registered Nurse certified by AHPRA (Australia Health Practitioner Regulation Agency).
