Drew Bonfiglio

Drew Bonfiglio is an experienced professional with a diverse range of roles and expertise. In 2010, they co-founded and became a partner at Emzingo Group LLC, a people development company focused on responsible leadership and addressing global challenges. This involved using social impact projects and a leadership development curriculum to transform individuals.

In 2012, Bonfiglio worked as a consultant at Stroud Consulting, where they managed internal consultants and client teams to drive continuous improvements in business operations. Drew also authored an MBA case study on a South African non-profit's PPP model for achieving conservation goals.

Bonfiglio has also held roles at Altisource Labs as a business transformation consultant, where they led internal improvement projects and developed operating models. Drew was a learning design facilitator at KAOSPILOT in 2019.

Additionally, Bonfiglio co-founded B Local Boston in 2015, a professional group of certified B Corps in Greater Boston that worked to drive positive impact and provide leadership in the community. Drew also served as an operations consultant at girltank and managed operations and logistics for a community action training program at Impact International. Most recently, in 2021, Bonfiglio has been an advisor and investor at DoneGood.

Drew Bonfiglio holds an MBA degree in Business Administration from IE Business School, which they obtained from 2008 to 2009. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's degree in Operations Research and Industrial Engineering at Cornell University, from 1999 to 2003. In addition to their formal education, Drew also obtained two certifications. In September 2018, they completed the "u.lab: Leading From the Emerging Future" certification from edX. Two years earlier, in September 2016, they obtained the "u.lab 0x: Leading Awareness-Based Systems Change - How to Sense and Actualize the Future" certification, also from edX.
