Ramon Marmolejos

Ramon Marmolejos has a long and varied work experience beginning in 2001 when they worked as a Business Analyst - Strategic Planning Group for PepsiCo. Ramon then moved on to The Posse Foundation in 2002 as a Career Program Manager. In 2004, they became a Consultant for The FutureWork Institute. In 2009, they took on a Summer Associate role with Booz Allen Hamilton. In 2010, they were a Consultant for Monitor Deloitte (ex Monitor Group) and Co-Founder and Partner for Emzingo Group LLC. In 2017, they became Co-Founder of Alkimia Learning and Principal Consultant for Symmetra. Most recently, in 2018, they took on the role of Learning Design Facilitator for KAOSPILOT.

Ramon Marmolejos attended Hunter College High School from 1990 to 1996. Ramon then attended the University of Pennsylvania and The Wharton School from 1996 to 2001. In 2008, they completed an International MBA at IE Business School.
