Telma Teixeira de Almeida

Customer Experience Design Lead at Emzingo Group

Telma Teixeira de Almeida has been working in the innovation and leadership development space since 2015. Telma began their career as a Community Support Intern at 3D Hubs in 2015. In 2017, they joined Beta-i | Building the Innovation Ecosystem as a Trainee and Business Innovation Specialist. In 2019, they became an Adjunct Professor at IE School of Human Sciences and Technology (HST) and a Customer Experience Design Lead at EmzingoIU. In this role, they design programs that immerse university students in the social entrepreneurship, innovation, and responsible leadership ecosystem.

Telma Teixeira de Almeida attended St Julian's School from 2011 to 2013, where they obtained an International Baccalaureate in Business Studies. Telma then attended Lancaster University from 2013 to 2017, where they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Management and Entrepreneurship. In 2018-2019, they attended IE Business School, where they obtained a Masters in Customer Experience & Innovation.
