Dirk Thiele

Dirk Thiele has been working in the tech industry since 1998. Dirk started their career at Emerson Automation Solutions, where they served as Director Control Performance and Cybersecurity Operations, Director Performance Services, Software Engineering Manager, and Principal Software Engineer. In 2021, they joined En Solución as CTO.

Dirk Thiele obtained their Ph.D. in EE, Industrial Control and Optimization from The University of Texas at Austin from 2001 to 2009. Prior to that, they obtained their BE in EE from Hochschule Magdeburg-Stendal from 1993 to 1998.
