Monica McField

Monica McField is an experienced Scrum Master with a strong background in agile methodologies, currently working at En-Vision America Inc. since November 2020. In this role, Monica facilitates agile ceremonies, manages project documentation in Notion and Confluence, and oversees cross-team communication to enhance project efficiency. Prior to this, Monica held similar Scrum Master positions at ECS and the U.S. Department of State, where responsibilities included managing agile ceremonies, project documentation, and ensuring effective project management principles for federal clients. With a foundational career in quality assurance and testing roles at Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac, Monica holds a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems from Strayer University and a Technical Training Certificate in Information Technology from Year Up.
