Delcine Thomas possesses extensive experience in administrative roles, including a current position as Sr Course Ops Rep at the Emergency Nurses Association. Prior to this, Delcine served as Office Manager at Chicago Hearing Society from May 1979 to December 1991, where responsibilities included assisting the Executive Director, liaising with the board, managing secretarial staff, and supporting the Audiology and Deaf Services Departments. Delcine is an alumnus of the University of Illinois Chicago.
