Sebastián Segura Rosés

Sebastián Segura Rosés has worked in the tech industry since 2016. In 2021, they became the Technical Lead at enable.us (formerly Referenceable). Prior to this role, they were the Technical Lead at OMNi Costa Rica, where they were involved in the construction of a Progressive Web App written in ReactJS, contributions to a NodeJS backend project, code debugging and blockers solving, tasks breakdown, requirements gathering, project definition, planning, estimation and execution, proposing standards, designing architecture solutions, and more. From 2016 to 2020, they were a Full Stack Engineer at Huli, where they contributed to the creation of a custom design system library with reusable web-components built with VueJS, developed in a Microservices Architecture, contributed to the creation of a plugin for an ERP platform, worked closely with a UX/UI team, gathered requirements, proposed and designed architectural solutions, assigned estimates and managed the project execution, tracked metrics with MixPanel, worked with agile methodologies, and promoted coding standards.

Sebastián Segura Rosés obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer Software Engineering from Tecnológico de Costa Rica between 2012 and 2016.
