Susan Hailey

Susan Hailey is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in human resources and talent acquisition. As Chief Human Resource Officer and Advisor to the CEO and CHRO at Enable, Susan provides strategic leadership in HR practices. Previous roles include serving as CEO Advisor at x.Crew and Board Chair of the Harvard Business School Association of Northern California. In the corporate sector, Susan held the position of Vice President, Global Talent Acquisition and Equity, Diversity & Inclusion at OpenText, and Vice President, Global Talent Acquisition at Medidata Solutions. Susan holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and an AB in Economics from the University of California, Berkeley.
