Enabled Africa is the pan-African initiative of Enabled Talent, co-led from Ghana, focused on bringing inclusive employment and accessibility solutions closer to real community needs.

The journey began through the UNICEF Startup Lab, where we connected with local partners and communities. One thing became clear early, solutions cannot be imported; they need to be built with and shaped by the people they are meant to serve. That insight continues to guide how Enabled Africa evolves.

Across a region representing over 85 million youth, we work with local partners to make education, employment, and technology more accessible, particularly for persons with disabilities, children, and youth.
