Annelise Costelow is an experienced Occupational Therapist and business owner with a strong background in providing community-based therapy and education. Enabled Designs offer the following services: - Home safety assessments - Minor and major home modifications (such as ramps, bathrooms, kitchens, platform steps, rails, bannister rails) - Equipment prescription - Vehicle modifications - Falls prevention and education - Wheelchair and scooter prescription and training - Seating assessments - ADL/functional assessments - Ergonomic assessments and intervention
