Annelise Costelow is an experienced Occupational Therapist and business owner with a strong background in providing community-based therapy and education. Currently, Annelise serves as the Owner and Principal Occupational Therapist at Enabled Designs since July 2018, focusing on enhancing independence for individuals of all ages and abilities. Annelise also tutors undergraduate and master's students in Occupational Therapy at Monash University. Previous roles include owning the Viewpoint Centre, a market research and conference centre, and working at Peninsula Health in various capacities, including Community Health and Acute Orthopaedics. Annelise’s education includes a Master's and Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy from La Trobe University.

Enabled Designs provides Occupational Therapy in the home and community to improve everyday living. We work with people of all ages and all abilities to maximise independence in the home, workplace and the community. Enabled Designs offer the following services: - Home safety assessments - Minor and major home modifications (such as ramps, bathrooms, kitchens, platform steps, rails, bannister rails) - Equipment prescription - Vehicle modifications - Falls prevention and education - Wheelchair and scooter prescription and training - Seating assessments - ADL/functional assessments - Ergonomic assessments and intervention
