Enabled Robotics
Mikkel Borring Jakobsen's work experience starts with their role as a Robotics and Vision Engineer at Enabled Robotics since August 2020. Prior to this, they worked as a Billetkontorsupervisor at Odense Boldklub from April 2011 to August 2020. In 2019, they were a Specialestuderende at Mobile Industrial Robots A/S, where they worked on a project titled "Deep Learning Aided Depth Estimation from a Single 2D Camera in Motion". From September 2013 to December 2014, they worked as a Produktionsmedarbejder at Summerbird Organic.
Mikkel Borring Jakobsen attended the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU) in 2017 for a bachelor's degree in Mechatronics, Robotics, and Automation Engineering. Mikkel Borring then went on to complete their master's degree in the same field at Syddansk Universitet - University of Southern Denmark from 2015 to 2020.
Enabled Robotics
Enabled Robotics specialize in systems with robot arms mounted on mobile platforms thereby combining mobility with the capability of solving complex tasks. Enabled Robotics ApS was founded in 2016 by Science Ventures Denmark and Lars-Peter Ellekilde as a spin-out of the University of Southern Denmark. In 2017 Per Ibsen from PI Consult &Invest invested in Enabled Robotics ApS enabling us to hire the first developer.
