Tibor Dej

Tibor Dej has over 25 years of experience in engineering and technology-related roles. At Enablence Technologies Inc. since March 2007, Tibor has served as an Associate Engineer and R&D Technician, focusing on the assembly of integrated wave-guide based custom products and prototypes, while also operating and maintaining R&D chip die bonders and dicing saws. Prior to this, Tibor worked at JDSU from 1998 to 2006 as an Assembler Specialist and Operating Technician, where responsibilities included designing and setting up manual to highly-automated alignment jigs, as well as implementing the Splicing Process on Pigtailing Stations. Tibor's career began at NORAM Corporation from 1996 to 1998 in a Technical Support role, collaborating with engineering on design, parts sourcing, and installation of communication modules and structured wiring.
