Luis Flores

Luis Flores is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership and operations within the energy sector. Currently serving as Diretor geral at ENACOL since January 2021, Luis previously held the position of Responsável de Transportes, Revenda e Meios de Pagamento at Galp from September 2015 to December 2020. Prior roles include Responsável de Vendas e Operações at Galp Açores SA for over a decade and an engineering position at SGS from 2000 to 2003. Luis holds a Licentiate degree in Engenharia Mecânica from Instituto Superior Técnico and has furthered professional development through courses in Administration and Business at Católica Lisbon School of Business and Economics and Advanced Management at Porto Business School.
