Marcella Rocha Franco has a diverse work experience spanning from 2011 to present. Marcella recently joined ENACOM Group in 2022 as a New Business Coordinator. Prior to that, they worked as a Researcher PhD Student at CTNano from 2018 to present, focusing on managing complexities in innovation projects using nanotechnology. From 2019 to 2022, Marcella held the role of Technical Analyst in R&D at Food and Beverage Institute - SENAI at CIT SENAI. Marcella also served as a Research Collaborator in Open Innovation at Instituto Nacional de Ciência e Tecnologia Midas (INCT Midas) from 2018 to 2019, contributing to the technology transfer from the university to the market. Additionally, Marcella co-founded and served as CEO of As31 from 2015 to 2018, leading the development of the startup. Marcella participated in entrepreneurship programs such as FIEMG Lab and Inovativa Brasil MDIC, furthering their entrepreneurial skills. Additionally, Marcella actively sought further education through various extension programs. In 2019, they completed an extension program at Serviço Nacional de Aprendizagem Rural - SENAR, studying Sensory analysis and classification of cachaça. In 2020, they attended two extension programs; the first at ITAL - Instituto de Tecnologia em Alimentos, focusing on Stability Study, and the second at Tacta Food School, specializing in the Development of new products - Food prototyping.

Most recently, from 2021 to 2022, Marcella pursued an extension program at Tacta Food School, concentrating on Research and Development - Process Management. This program centers around the research and development aspect of process management in the food industry.
