Anna Tilton Daniel

Anna Tilton Daniel currently serves as the Chief Compliance Officer, Chief Privacy Officer, and Regulatory Affairs Leader at Enact Mortgage Insurance since April 2018, overseeing compliance, privacy, and regulatory affairs for the company. Previously, Anna held multiple roles at Fannie Mae from 2005 to April 2018, including Vice President of Legal and Regulatory Compliance and Chief Privacy Officer, where responsibilities included managing compliance with over 200 laws and regulations. Other positions at Fannie Mae included Chief of Staff to the CEO and Associate General Counsel, developing litigation strategies and serving as lead antitrust counsel. Anna's earlier experience includes working as an Associate at Arent Fox and as Associate Director at The Advisory Board Company. Anna earned a Juris Doctor from the University of Virginia School of Law and a BA in Government from the University of Virginia.
