David Foster

David Foster is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the real estate appraisal and operations analytics fields. Currently serving as a Senior Appraiser/Operations Analyst at Enact Mortgage Insurance since June 2010, David has also held a similar role at Genworth Mortgage Insurance from June 2010 to July 2023. Prior to these positions, David worked as a Real Estate Appraiser at Shaw Appraisal Service from April 2004 to December 2010 and at Mansfield Appraisals from June 2003 to April 2004. David holds the credential of State Certified Real Estate Appraiser.
