Stephanie Ramos-Cay, PHR, currently serves as the Talent Acquisition Manager at Enact Mortgage Insurance since April 2022. Prior to this role, Stephanie held positions as a Human Resources Specialist- Talent at Avidex and as a Human Resources Coordinator at B. Fernandez & Hnos Inc. Stephanie also has experience as the HR & Recruitment Lead and HR Associate at BVIPR, Inc. Stephanie holds a Master of Science in Human Resources Development from Villanova University and a Bachelor's degree in International Business from Universidad de Puerto Rico. Additionally, Stephanie is pursuing further education at Florida International University.
