Michael Schumacher

Michael Schumacher is the President and Founder of Enact Partners, where Michael provides strategic direction for the company and manages the EP Guardian Fund. With over 20 years of experience, Michael has executed over $1 billion in commercial real estate projects in the United States. Prior to founding Enact Partners, Michael served as a City Councilman in the City of Carlsbad, California and held various leadership positions including Chairman of the Carlsbad Planning Commission and Chairman of the Carlsbad Design Review Board. Additionally, Michael was Vice President of Commercial Development at Kilroy Realty Corporation and Senior Project Manager at Tower Properties. Michael holds a Master of Science degree in Administration and has a background in Business Administration.
