Sanjay Dabur

Sanjay Dabur is an accomplished business leader with extensive experience in consultancy, sustainability, and energy management. As Co-Founder and Managing Director of The Greater Change since February 2021, Sanjay is instrumental in helping organizations in the Middle East navigate complex challenges and achieve sales growth. In addition, Sanjay serves as an Executive Board Member of the Society of Sustainability and Green Materials, driving the adoption of renewable energy and sustainable practices. Previously, Sanjay held key executive positions at Enact Systems Inc. and Sharaf DG, where strategic growth and resource management were prioritized. Earlier in the career, Sanjay made significant contributions in various marketing and sales roles across multiple organizations, enhancing brand awareness and operational excellence. Sanjay holds advanced degrees in Strategic Thinking & Leadership from Harvard University and Leadership & Strategy from The Wharton School, complemented by an MBA and a Bachelor's degree in Physics from Kurukshetra University.
